Board of Directors The Board of Directors is composed of nine Prescott-Russell community members whose responsibility is to oversee the Valor Institute affairs within the boundaries set by government laws and regulations. The council administrators are elected for a period of three years. The board has the legal mandate, the authority and the responsibility to implement the organization's mission with diligence and loyalty. The Board of Directors is also responsible for creating partnerships with other organizations as well as the general community.
