Registration Fees

The Valor Institute accepts registration followed by the payment by cheque for the training sessions with HST. The payment can also be done using a credit card (please contact Sylvie Séguin 613-673-3583 option 1). Registration received without payment will be proceeded and the Valor Institute will prepare an invoice covering registration fees including HST. Cancellation, substitution and refund policy will then be in effect. The registration and other information concerning the training (location and time) will be provided to the customer in writing. Handouts for the training will be provided at the training session.

For any participant coming to a training activity without prior registration, an extra fee of 15% will be charged unless he is replacing a preregistered colleague.

Cancellation, Substitution and Refund Policy

Participants' substitution will be accepted without fees until the training session is held. To cancel registration, the participants must advise the Valor Institute in writing according to the following delays:

Cancellation delay before the date of the training session:				Registration fee refund %
10 business days and less:				No refund
Between 11 and 15 business days:				50%
16 business days or more:				100%
