ex_news_imgCommunities That Care (CTC) is a proven approach that gives community members the information and instruments they need to take concerted youth development actions and preventive measures to counter drug use, delinquency, teenage pregnancy, school dropout and violence.

The program is composed of five phases:
  • Phase 1: Getting started
  • Phase 2: Organization, introduction and mobilization
  • Phase 3: Definition of community profile
  • Phase 4: Creation of a community action plan
  • Phase 5: Implementation and evaluation of a community action plan

six to eight days - 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.


This program is implemented in the region of Prescott-Russell in Ontario for many years. An organization from Trois-Rivières, Quebec is currently in process of implementation, we offer training and mentoring. We will gladly discuss this program with you or any other need for training.
