Communities That Care (CTC)

ex_news_img Communities That Care (CTC) is a proven approach that gives community members the information and instruments they need to take concerted youth development actions and preventive measures to counter drug use, delinquency, teenage pregnancy, school dropout and violence.

The program is composed of five phases:

Phase 1: Getting started
Phase 2: Organization, introduction and mobilization
Phase 3: Definition of community profile
Phase 4: Creation of a community action plan
Phase 5: Implementation and evaluation of a community action plan

	Certified Trainers: Chantale Tremblay, Céline Lanteigne and Caroline Granger
	Who should attend: Community organizations and program coordinators
	Duration: six to eight days - 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

This program is implemented in the region of Prescott-Russell in Ontario for many years. An organization from Trois-Rivières, Quebec is currently in process of implementation, we offer training and mentoring. We will gladly discuss this program with you or any other need for training.
