Dynamic Management

Since managers are in positions of command, they are called upon to motivate others, to make decisions and to correctly allocate and use the organization’s resources. To help you achieve these goals, this training session will help you better understand managers’ roles and responsibilities and will cover the four basic management functions: planning, organization, leadership and control (PODC). Individual and group exercises will give participants a better understanding of the essential aspects of the manager’s role. Emotional intelligence and organizational culture will also be covered as a supplement to management’s functional responsibilities.
