Karen Shipman Collaborators

Karen Shipman is Program Manager at the Canadian Mental Health Association- Ottawa Branch.   She has a background in the volunteer sector and has worked with individuals with mental illness, dual diagnosis and developmental disabilities.  Karen taught at Algonquin College for 14 years. Karen is offering training activity on Introduction to dual diagnosis.
