Michele Stewart-Copes Collaborators
Michele Stewart-Copes is the president of SEET Consultants and a national trainer and consultant in systems change, community integration, staff development and system of care coaching. She holds a master of science degree in Guidance and Counseling and a master degree in social work. As Community Outreach Coordinator at the Connecticut State Department of Public Health, Office of Multicultural Health, she has worked with the Multicultural Health Advisory Commission and currently co-chairs the Workforce Development Committee of the Executive Committee of the Connecticut Multicultural Health Partnership to impact policy planning and development. As Senior Coach and Trainer for the international coaching and technical assistance firm, Vroon VanDenBerg LLP, she facilitates the work of the U.S. National Wraparound Initiative, NWI. Ms. Stewart-Copes co-facilitates and develops curricula for the Wraparound practice model with internationally renowned Lecturer and Psychotherapist, Dr. John VanDenBerg. As Adjunct Professor, she teaches the Cultural Competency class in the Master of Public Health Program at Southern Connecticut State University. As Trainer with the World of Difference office of the Anti-Defamation League, she is working with Teachers and Students to increase diversity skills and acceptance. She is a Fellow of the Faith Based Community Development Leadership Institute appointed by Faith Works Connecticut Office of Faith-Based and Community Initiatives.
